Toilet Issues

Tap Issues
Are your taps dripping? Would you like a new set of taps? Then please feel free to contact All Plumbing Services Ltd, our qualified plumbers will attempt to repair your bath, basin or kitchen taps, however if they find they are beyond economical repair they will travel to our local suppliers and source a suitable replacement for you. Keeping you updated with prices throughout.
If you require a higher quality tap such as a 3 way filter tap, boiling water or Quooker tap then our highly experienced plumbers will be happy to help. Do you need a replacement outside tap or a new installation of an outside tap then please feel free to call the office to arrange an appointment for one of our plumbers to attend.
Heating pumps and valves
Does your heating stay on when your programmer is set to off? Then you are likely to have a faulty zone valve. Please contact our office and they will be happy to provide you with an idea of the cost to carry out the required works to replace your zone valve. Is your heating system not quite getting warm enough or maybe your pump is leaking then please feel free to contact the office to arrange for an engineer to attend to replace your faulty pump.
Programmers
With technology constantly changing we feel it is imperative to be able to offer our customers the choice of having modern programmers installed such as Hives and Nest systems. Being able to control your heating via you phone adds that extra bit of control and efficiency. Some customers wish to stay with the traditional style programmers and room stats which our fully qualified engineers are also happy to install. If you would like an idea of the cost to install a new Hive, Nest or traditional style programmer then please contact our office staff who will be happy to help.
Cylinders
Is your hot water cylinder leaking or you require a new element for your cylinder then please feel free to contact the office to arrange an appointment, our qualified engineers are able to work on unvented and vented cylinders. If you wish to upgrade your system to a pressurised system and would like to have an unvented cylinder installed then please call our office to arrange for one of the team to attend and provide you with an estimate.
Is your over flow constantly running? Do you require a new ball valve? Our team of qualified plumbers will be happy to attend and safely carry out the required repairs.
Power Flushing
Are your radiators completely or partially cold? Do your radiators need to be bled frequently? Is your heating system slow in warming up? Does your pump repeatedly fail? Is your radiator water dirty and dis-coloured? If you are experiencing any of these symptoms then it is highly likely that your heating system requires power flushing. To help save money we highly recommend heating systems are power flushed this will help protect your boiler and heating controls such as the heating pump, otherwise corrosion works its way around the system causing issues along the way. We have recently invested in a new high quality Kamco CF90 with a twin visual magnetic filtration unit to increase overall performance and service standards, this model is the highest performing domestic and commercial power flushing machine.
If you are having a new boiler installed boiler manufacturers insist that heating systems are power flushed according to BS7593. A Kamco CF90 machine is far more effective than traditional methods and ensures that the boiler installation complies with “best practice” standards.
How does a power flush work? We connect the power flushing pump either to the circulating pump couplings, across the tails of one radiator or wherever is most practicable. The power flushing machine then pumps water at a much higher velocity than usual through the heating system, this loosens and activates harmful corrosion deposits, and to suspend them in the rapidly moving water. The process is made more effective by specialist cleansing chemicals, an instantaneous flow reversal device which creates turbulence in the radiators to optimise the “pick up” of the debris, and a magnetic filter to clean the system water during the power flush.
Once loosened, the unwanted debris is purged from the heating system with clean water. Once the flushing process has been completed, the system contains fresh clean water, and reinstatement of the system to normal operation is undertaken. Corrosion inhibitor will be added to the system once the system has been reinstated.
To complete a power flush properly it can be very time consuming and can take between 6-8 hours depending on the size of your heating system. Descale
Are you struggling to get hot water from your hot taps then you are likely to need a descale to your boiler. Due to the hard water in the area this can be a common problem with boilers and a descale will be required. We carry out descales on a fixed price and our office staff will be happy to provide you with the cost.
Showers
Whether your shower temperature is fluctuating, your shower is leaking or you would like to replace your existing shower then our fully qualified shower engineers will always be on hand to offer their assistance. They are able to work on all makes and models of showers, such as Mira, Aqualisa, Triton, Grohe, Bristan and many more.
Had enough of using your bath all the time and would like to have the option to have a shower instead, then please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange for one of our qualified shower engineers to attend and provide an estimate to have a shower or even a shower cubicle installed.
Is your shower pump playing up or you would like to have a shower pump installed to improve your water pressure, then our qualified engineers will be happy to help. We highly recommend Stuart Turner shower pumps, however we are happy to install other makes if you prefer.
Bathrooms
